Billy has been very sick and is need of a liver transplant. At this moment the Doctor's do not feel that Billy is strong enough physically to under go such a surgery. Please join in prayer with his Church Arp Baptist, family, friends & prayer warriors. Billy is a man who serves God daily, he has a heart that touches you the moment you meet him.
